Change Your Booking

You can request a change to:

  • Pickup or drop-off location
  • Dates or times
  • Vehicle category
  • Additional services (like cross-border travel or insurance)


Cancel Your Booking

Cancellations are accepted by email or online. The cancellation policy depends on when the request is made:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund

  • Less than 48 hours before pickup: Partial refund (depending on location and vehicle type)
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations: May be non-refundable

How to request a change

  • Reply to your booking confirmation email

  • Contact our Customer Support

  • Or send a new request through the Contact Us form


We process most changes within a few hours. Some changes may affect pricing depending on availability and timing.

Refund Timelines

If eligible, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
