Say Yes to Effortless Travel

By using the Yes.ba website and booking a car rental through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made online, by phone, or in person.

Rental Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old (25+ for some vehicle categories). 
A valid driver’s licence held for at least 12 months is required. 
International Driving Permits may be required for non-Latin scripts. 
The main driver must provide a valid ID/passport and a credit or debit card.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or deposit authorisation. 
Full payment or pre-authorisation of a deposit is required before the rental begins. 
Prices shown include standard fees and taxes unless otherwise stated.

Modifications & Cancellations

Bookings can be changed or cancelled by contacting our support team. 
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. 
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a partial or full fee. 
No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

Security Deposits

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. 
Deposit amounts vary by vehicle category and rental duration. 
Deposits are returned within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage, delay, or violation of terms.

Vehicle Use & Responsibility

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with all fuel, keys, and documents. 
Renters are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period. 
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. 
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal purposes.

Cross-Border & One-Way Rentals

Cross-border rentals must be pre-approved and documented at booking. 
One-way rentals are permitted based on location availability and may incur additional fees.

Liability

Yes.ba is not liable for delays, cancellations, or third-party service interruptions outside of its control. 
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking unless otherwise stated by law.

Changes to These Terms

Yes.ba reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
